go throught it.you will find the online notes of the subject.its good but not that much detailed.but it will be usefull if u are not able to follow the text book or you are not that much committed to your work.so go through it today and try to complete chapter 3. i.e:- The effect of dielectric and magnetic media on electric and magnetic fields .
